Jonathan took the time to get to know us, our story and develop a relationship, which he translated to the seller's agent and in turn the seller. He communicated that we love the home and the neighborhood, and how we want to start our family in this home, which ultimately helped get the house!!!! Jonathan followed up with the seller's agent and communicated everything with us along the way.
